floor of the old building with the high ceilings, huge windows, thick walls that in combination with the incredibly beautiful interiors,
new furniture, makes the stay there extremely relaxing, quiet and comfortable. Windows are woody and soundproof.
Since we are at the very center of the city, every smallest need of the guest can be satisfied easy and fast. Restaurants are at the every
other door at this street, banks are in a few meters from the apartment entrance, the very popular for our guest Irish Pub is across
the street, shopping mall "EUROPE" with the supermarket downstairs is in 1-2 minutes of walk. McDonalds, Steak House, the famous Opera House
are just next door or around the corner of our "5 Stars" Apartments.

"5 Stars" Odessa Apartments has 4 full size and fully equipped 1 bedroom apartments, from 45 to 50 sq. meters each. It has the
common safe entrance with the audio and video security and the steel door. Each apartment is designed in the different individual style
and is like the sample of arts that can be seeing at the pictures below. The names of the apartments that represent the interior styles:
Each apartment has a living room studio, bedroom and the bathroom. Kitchen are equipped with all the facilities and home appliances
such as: full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and coffee grinder, toaster. As the water providing from the city is not good
enough for cooking, we placed special quality water filters at each apartment so that our client do not have to carry a heavy
bags with water from the super markets. Of course there are air conditioners at the apartments, modern TV sets, CD, DVD and computers
with internet are there. Each apartment is equipped with the safe box.

Each apartment has the privat office place that includes computer with the cable internet connection that is FREE of change for our guests.
For those who prefer to work on the own lap top there is also WiFi high speed internet here.
SERVICES:
Our apartments are REALLY extra clean. The maid cleans apartments every day except the situations if our guests do not want her to do
it. She also will wash and iron your clothes per your request. All you have to do is to place it into the plastic bag and either
to give it to her or just to leave the bag near your door. You'll get all perfectly washed and ironed next day. All the services are FREE of charge.
