Location: 3rd floor of the historical building, located right near the sea! Take a look at the Map locatio0n on the right, the last photo. There are only 3 apartments at this entrance: nothing on the ground floor, 1 on the second floor and 2 at the 3rd floor. No elevator at the building, of course. The common entrance has a coded lock.

This apartment at the most favorable location has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. After entering the apartment you'll see the bedroom with the Queen size bed ahead. Turning left get to corridor. Walking by the corridor find the bathroom with the shower cabin and washing machine on the right, the living room - studio is ahead. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen, the sofa that can be easy converted into an additional Queen size bed. There is a TV set there. At the living room you'll find also the stairs to the second level and find the other bedroom with the nice Queen size bed there. There is a balcony at this apartment, the entrance to the balcony is from the living room.

There are 2 air conditioners there: at the living room (the first level) and at the bedroom of the second level.

The second bathroom is small, there is the wc and washbasin only. It is located outside of the apartment and is locking with the key, but it can be in use anyway sometimes when needed.

There is no technikal way to provide the cable INTERNET at this building, but we provide the mobile modem for your lap top if needed. It's easy to place funds into account and use it.
