If the New Year night is NOT included into the dates of your visit then the price stays same, but the minimal term of booking is 7 nights.

If the New Year night is included into the dates of your visit, then:

• The minimal term for the advanced booking is 10 nights.
• If you stay from 7 to 10 nights, but still would like to book apartment, the price of the New Year night (ONE night) is DOUBLE.
• If you stay for less than 7 nights, please, contact us in November and we’ll offer you available options.

Some apartments can be rented on the special conditions at this period of time. Please, fill the “Booking form” and we’ll provide additional details, if any.
